June 1, 2023 - SANTA BARBARA, CA - IGRE Capital Holdings, LLC, a nationwide real estate investment company, announced that Patrick LeBlanc has joined the firm as the West Coast Divisional Sales Manager.
Mr. LeBlanc will support IGRE's network of Independent Broker Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors throughout the United States. His extensive background and knowledge of the securities industry will contribute greatly to IGRE’s continued growth and success.
Patrick has over 15 years experience in real estate investment, alternative investments and sales management. He has continually led top producing teams across the country and in the Western United States. Most recently he worked with Forum Partners as their National Sales Director.
Mr. LeBlanc graduated from Sam Houston State University at Huntsville, Texas earning his Bachelor of Arts, in Mass Communication/ Media Studies. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is also licensed to sell life and health insurance by TDI, the Texas Department of Insurance.
