Mr. John Goodman
April 19, 2023, SANTA BARBARA, CA - IGRE Capital Holdings, LLC, a nationwide real estate investment company, announced that John Goodman has joined the firm as its Midwest Sales Manager.
Mr. Goodman brings over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. His expertise stems from his role at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney.
In 2005, he began working with real estate investment firms raising equity capital through Independent Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, and Private Wealth channels. His experience, knowledge, and extensive network will contribute to the raising of equity capital for IGRE’s current investment program, Investment Grade R.E. Income Fund, LP.
