Current tenants are designated as "Essential” businesses, selling “Necessity-Based" products which are historically in high demand during all economic cycles.

Current tenants successfully withstood the 2008/2009 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, all while meeting their financial obligations, including dividend and rent payments.
