​Key Investment Criteria:


  • The Fund seeks to achieve an 8% preferred return, 6% paid monthly and 2% accrued and paid upon liquidity event, subject to availability of funds.*

  • Long term leases of ten years or more, with contractual rental increases.​​

  • Ten year fixed rate mortgage financing provided by UBS, Group AG.

  • Single-tenant, net-lease real estate is backed by “Investment Grade” rated, national companies* and/or other creditworthy, successful commercial tenant.

  • Current tenants are designated as "Essential” businesses, selling “Necessity-Based" products which are historically in high demand during all economic cycles.

  • Current tenants successfully withstood the 2008/2009 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, all while meeting their financial obligations, including dividend and rent payments.​

  • Regulation A, Tier Two offering which permits both accredited and non-accredited investors alike.*
